Heat shrink melts well, crimps easy. Comes in handy clear storage box with clip down lid. Good quality.

  2. TheGolfBallGuy

These connectors are professional grade and heat shrink easily. This kit makes it possible for me to keep a supply of quality connectors on hand in my shop. Now I don’t have to load up and drive to the hardware store every time I need to make a connection.

  3. Amazon Customer

No problems using these at all. I thought this was a mix of male and female, but female only: my bad — can’t blame the company for that.

  4. bcsinflight

The wire goes in, you crimp it, done. Or you can heat it for a more sucre connection. Either way they do work great.

  5. mkp mkp

These female heat shrink connectors work fine – no issues with quality or quantity. You can use them with and without heat shrinking.

If you’re working in automotive there are a ton of use cases for these. From speakers to lights or other quick disconnects. So far these are working well. Crimp fine, they don’t seem overly brittle or fragile like some tend to. Better quality than what you find at autozone. Definitely worth the buy in bulk.

Very happy with the quality and value of these connectors. The heat shrink seals well so I believe it would hold up well to the elements. Outstanding value compared to the small packs sold at retail stores. Time to throw all my old crimp connectors in the trash.

  9. Ron

These shrink quickly and uniformly when heat is properly applied. Easy to crimp. I would like to have female and male spade sold in the same kit.

The heat shrink is very thick and shrinks very tight. I like that the connector is well protected from shorts and corrosion.

Well, I never need to worry ever again about running out of female spade connectors – 200 is really a lot for a homeowner who occasionally does some wiring. Fortunately, they’re high quality connectors. I’ve not used these in a real application yet, but I’ve tried them out just for this evaluation and I’m very happy with them. They attached very securely to the wire end using a ratcheting crimp tool, and the heat shrink insulation performed perfectly using a heat gun. It looks like the hot melt adhesive inside the insulation made a tight seal and is thoroughly protecting the crimp from water and weather. The terminals came in a sturdy and well made storage box. A solid 5 star product.

Really appreciate being able to acquire such a large number of female spade connectors all in one go.The connectors work just as expected. I must caution you, only use a crimper designed for heat shrink connectors, and I also have found an electric heat gun works best for shrinking the insulation. The insulation has no problem shrinking to fit a “skinny” 16 AWG wire, as shown in the picture. The hot glue provides added moisture protection and decreases the chance for wire pull out.Connectors are clearly marked for the size of wire they are designed for. Also, I like the box the connectors are stored in, too, much more substantial than a thin walled cardboard box.

These crimp on spade connectors seem to work fine. I crimped one on to a 14 guage wire as shown in the picture. What cannot be shown in these pictures though is that the heat shink just barely shrunk down enough to seal on the wire. A 16 gauge wire (which is smaller that a 14 gauge wire in case you are not familiar with wire gauges) may not have been large enough for the heat shrink to seal properly. The second picture shows a heat shrink butt connector made for 14-16 gauge wire and as you can see, the heat shrink is much smaller in diameter ensuring it will seal on the wire. All in all, the price is not bad for 200 spade connectors, but the heat shink on the wire side really could stand to be just a bit smaller.

I needed to add an SAE plug to a small 12v portable power ammo can for charging, but didn’t want to splice into any wires I had already finished. My solution to use some piggyback connectors and just plug in right at the terminals. I used “less than optimal” tools. (Generic crimper and butane torch). The wires passed the “tug test”, and the heat shrink snugged around the wires great. I was happy to see glue squeeze out at the ends too. I would buy more for sure.

I do a lot of low voltage electrical work, and these are perfect to have on hand! I recently used them for aftermarket lighting and audio on a vehicle. They are easy to crimp (with the correct crimper). They do take a little more heat to actually shrink when compared to some other brands, but they seal very well. Overall a great value if you are constantly working with wires.

This is very simply a great product. It looks exactly as pictured, Is good quality, if you need these… buy them

Actually weren’t a pain in the ass to use. Wire actually fits inside the heat shrink, were others the wire is not heat shrinked with the actual metal connector and has to be forced inside the end if you want it to be heat shrinked as a whole. These connectors allow up to a wire that’s about the size of a standard #2 pencil and I used as small as a spaghetti noodle size wire and they still held just the same as the larger gauge wire. Easy to crimp, but crimping isn’t necessary. Packaging is like a small bead or fishing lures box, kinda durable but will most likely swap out to a hard plastic Tupperware type of container. Wish the connectors maybe came in a different variety option, like half and half- female and male spade connectors, but overall, very surprised by the quality and it’s definitely an awesome price.

We deal with a lot of stereo wires and amps. These are the perfect fit for the wires and the amps. We love the shrink wrap already being added on there.

I like how easily they are to crimp, and the sleeve shrinks to the size of the wire. I connected to the power tabs of a battery and the connections feel very secure and the heat shrink sleeve seems to add strength to the wire connection.

These connectors work exactly like they should. They crimp easily and firmly on both 14 an 16 AWG wire. The shrink is tough enough not to be damaged when you crimp them and I haven’t had any problem with it splitting, I have with some other brands I’ve tried. Make the connection before shrinking the front side. I thought I would be smart and shrink one halfway before putting it on, it didn’t work out quite like I had planned.

Used this to wire fog lights, I like that the heat shrink actually works. Secure and seals good. Easy to use, you will need a fire source or heat gun to make the shrink work properly but it’s everything that i expected. Worth the value.

This pack of connectors comes in a divided plastic box making storage and transport easy. With 200 pieces, this will eliminate a few trips to the store!Connectors seem to be of good quality and crimped well. The shrink covering shrank easily without needing excess heat and appears uniform. At the same time, covering on the spade end barely covers and could be longer. (I tried to get a picture). Wire side shrink wrap seems a bit large but works okay.I’d like to see a similar kit with male as well as female connectors.Works well, priced well, and nice to have a supply on hand.

I am working on a couple of car projects requiring a variety of heat shrink connectors, including applications of AWG 10. These perform fine, either crimped with heat shrink in place or with heat shrink pulled back, crimp made and heat shrink returned. As the heat shrink is nice and robust, it isn’t really for a bic lighter in most cases. You will want a zero wind day or an inexpensive hobby level heat gun or better. The unlock dimple works well, something I can’t say for another brand I was working with.

I needed to restock my supply of wire connectors so I decided to give these a go. They are just what I needed. The case is kinda a piece of junk. It is so cheap that I think the tabs will probably break off after a couple of times of opening and closing it but I can always put them into a jar or something. Overall seam fairly durable and fit nice with the male ends that I already have.

Using these with a HAM radio project in my hamshack. Standard sizes with a snug fit.
